Director
Mike left his corporate job almost a decade ago and has been working on home renovation projects since 2016.
Mike was brought up in Cornwall UK. He still vividly remembers the super insulated house with double-glazed windows in Stockholm during a student exchange over Christmas many decades ago. After moving to Melbourne, Mike was surprised how uncommon double-glazed windows are here even in the newly built houses that are worth millions of dollars.
Mike lives and breathes topics such as making housing more efficient and sustainable, through house insulation, solar and double glazing and gets a big kick restoring and renovating the old houses.

Director
Lulu grew up in China and has lived in Australia for the past 20 years. Understanding both Australian and Chinese cultures and speaking both languages fluently have given her a great advantage to source quality products and establish relationships directly with manufacturers in China. After working in senior positions in global organisations for many years, Lulu left corporate in 2022 and joined Mike on the business journey.
Lulu loves to connect and collaborate with like-minded people and enjoys a deep conversation about nature and the philosophy of life.
