PROJECT EUROA

New Build in Central Victoria

Project Overview

This stunning new build in Euroa, regional Victoria, was designed with energy efficiency, comfort, and long term performance in mind. Our clients engaged with ML Windows during the early planning stages, allowing us to work closely with both them and their builder to ensure the window and door systems complemented the home's high performance design.

Having previously collaborated with the building company, MAECO Builders, we were pleased to once again be part of a project where quality construction and premium building materials were a priority from the outset.

The Challenge

Selecting the right window system was an important part of achieving the home's energy efficiency goals. Our clients undertook extensive research into high performance window and door systems, comparing various products before making their final decision.

As with many custom new builds, the design process evolved over several months. Multiple revisions were made to the window configurations to achieve the ideal balance of aesthetics, functionality, and performance before the final drawings were approved for production.

The Solution

After exploring the available options, our clients selected our thermally broken aluminium windows and doors, choosing them over uPVC alternatives for their combination of thermal performance, durability, and contemporary appearance.

Once production was complete, the windows and doors were delivered within the expected timeframe and MAECO’s team installed them as construction progressed. We remained involved throughout the project, providing support and visiting the site during installation to assist with a few on-site adjustments and ensure everything progressed smoothly.

During our site visits, it was clear this home had been built to an exceptionally high standard. Even before completion, the quality of the construction was evident, with well insulated walls, roofs, and floors providing the perfect foundation for a high performance home.

The thermally broken aluminium windows and doors integrated seamlessly into the building envelope, complementing both the architectural design and the home's focus on energy efficiency.

The Result

Although the project took many months from the initial consultation to final completion, the outcome was well worth the wait. The finished home is a beautiful example of thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and high performance building principles working together.

Following completion, our clients shared that they immediately noticed the difference in indoor comfort compared to their previous home, particularly during the hot Central Victorian summers. The improved thermal performance has helped create a more comfortable living environment throughout the year.

We were proud to contribute to such an outstanding project and to see our thermally broken aluminium windows and doors become part of a home built for lasting comfort, efficiency, and performance. Most importantly, our clients were delighted with the finished result and continue to enjoy the benefits of their investment every day.
